terms and conditions

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms cover your use of kwoliblack.com, the shop and the beautiful game at kwoliblack.com/game. By using the site you agree to them. Questions go to infokwoliblack@gmail.com.

the site

The site is run by Kwoli Black. We work to keep it accurate and online but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free or up to date. Release dates, show details and prices can change.

music, artwork and the game

All music, artwork, photos, video, characters, writing and the beautiful game belong to Kwoli Black and the creators credited on the site, including Duje Studios. You are welcome to play, listen, share links and post screenshots of your game results. You may not copy, re-upload, sell or reuse any of it, or reverse engineer the game, without written permission.

the beautiful game

The game is free to play. Progress is saved in your own browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data. The story is fiction. Any resemblance to real people's group chats is a coincidence.

sign-ups

When you join the mailing list you agree to receive emails, and texts if you add a phone number, about Kwoli Black's music, shows and merch. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.

shop, tickets and other services

Merch in the shop at kwoliblack.com/shop is sold through Shopify. Prices, stock, delivery costs, returns and the contract of sale are shown and confirmed at checkout. As a UK consumer you can normally cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and faulty items are covered by your statutory rights. Pre-saves, streaming and tickets are provided by third parties such as Feature.fm, streaming services and ticket sellers, and their own terms apply. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
